Discovery Call
It starts with a conversation, not a sales pitch.
I ask questions like: Have you been to the destination before? What are you looking to do on the trip? What are your must-haves? I want to understand your travel style, the atmosphere you're looking for, and what would make this trip feel perfect for you.
The first thing I ask isn't "what's your budget" — it's "what do you want to feel on this trip?"
Research & Matching
I find the destination and resort that actually fit you.
Based on your travel style and budget, I match you with the right destination, resort, and experiences. I figure out what activities you want, the vibe you're going for, and then recommend options I've either personally experienced or vetted through my network of 60+ suppliers.
If something isn't a great fit, I'll tell you honestly. I share recent reviews and fellow agent feedback so you can make an informed decision.
Booking & Details
I handle every detail so you don't have to.
Flights, hotels, transfers, excursions, dining reservations, travel insurance — I take care of all of it. I'll also flag things most travelers miss: hidden fees at all-inclusives, dining that needs to be pre-booked, shared transfers that cost nearly the same as private ones, and the room category that's actually worth the upgrade.
Through the Signature Travel Network, I can often unlock perks like room upgrades, resort credits, and VIP amenities that aren't available when booking direct.
Trip Support
You have a real person to call — not a hold line.
From the moment you book until you're home, I'm your advocate. When a client's flights got canceled mid-trip, I found new ones and booked an overnight hotel — all handled so they didn't have to stress. That's the difference between having a travel agent and being on your own.
I'll check in during your trip and follow up after to make sure everything was what you expected.
